The Colorado Department of Agriculture has updated the list of pesticides that farmers can use and cultivate cannabis. These will top up the list of pesticides that don’t violate Pesticide Applicator’s act and include.

• Dart Fungicide
• Grower’s Ally Spider Mite Control Concentrate
• Grower’s Ally Spider Mite Control (RTU)
• Earth’s Ally Insect Control and Repellent (RTU)
Currently, the Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) is reviewing pesticide labels upon request and subsequently maintaining the list of reviewed products which it believes could be used on cannabis cultivation without violating 35-10-117(1)(i), so long as the applicator has followed the label directions.
CDA can also remove products from the permitted list if a registrant fails to renew their pesticide product with them. Cultivating cannabis with unregistered pesticides is considered a violation of the Pesticide Applicator’s Act.
